QSC raises EBITDA forecast for 2019 after agreeing to sell Plusnet

German service provider QSC said it has upgraded its forecast for the fiscal year 2019, based on the sale of its subsidiary Plusnet. The company now expects to generate revenues of over EUR 255 million, EBITDA of more than EUR 145 million and a free cash flow of more than EUR 130 million.
