Qtel has clarified there has been no changes to the pricing or data allowance of its BlackBerry service, and that it is introducing an SMS usage level alert service. Qtel said it still provides 250 MB of data allowance to its Hala BlackBerry customers for QAR 15 a week and charges QAR 55 per 1 MB for excess usage.
