Qualcomm elects former ambassador Randt as board member

Qualcomm has elected Clark Randt to its board of directors. Randt brings more than 30 years of experience as a diplomat, attorney and businessman who has an understanding of Chinese industries and businesses and he currently serves as the president of Randt & Company. In his current role, he provides strategy consulting services to clients that are developing business in China. From July 2001 to January 2009, Randt was US Ambassador to the People's Republic of China where he worked on improving the political, economic and cultural relationship between the US and China.
