Qualcomm enters MoUs with China's Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo

Qualcomm Technologies, a subsidiary of Qualcomm, entered into three non-binding memoranda of understanding wherein Chinese smartphone makers Xiaomi Communications, Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications and Vivo Communication Technology as part of a bilateral trade mission between the US and China. Each MoU expresses a nonbinding interest in the purchase of components with an aggregate value of no less than USD 12 billion over the next three years.
