Qualcomm faces record KRW 1 trillion fine in Korea - report

Qualcomm faces a fine of up to KRW 1 trillion in Korea for allegedly violating anti-trust regulations, the Fair Trade Commission (FTC) said. If the fine is implemented, it will be the largest fine ever issued by the country's anti-trust regulator, The Korea Times reports. According to an unnamed FTC official, the decision follows a 17-month investigation of Qualcomm's practices that breached fair trade rules.
