Qualcomm to develop new AI applications with Baidu, Thundercomm, Youdao

Qualcomm has put its sights more sharply on Artificial Intelligence, announcing the launch of AI Research and a number of initiatives to develop on-device AI applications with other companies, namely in China but also for international markets.
