Qualcomm wins rehearing of Korean competition fine appeal

Qualcomm has succeeded in a final appeal against a competition fine issued in 2009 in South Korea. The Supreme Court found that the decision by the state antitrust watchdog was not completely lawful and sent the case back to a lower court for reconsideration, Yonhap news agency reports.
