Quarter of UK businesses unaware of withdrawal of copper-based services

One quarter (24%) of UK businesses are unaware of impending changes to the UK telecoms networks as Openreach prepares to withdraw wholesale line rental (WLR) voice and broadband products using its copper-based network by 2023 , according to research by Zen Internet. This rises to one third of SMEs, with a further 1 in 10 SMEs aware of the changes but do not know what to do next.
