Quibi prepares for April launch of short mobile videos service

The short-form video service Quibi has raised another USD 400 million from investors to support its content and launch costs, the LA Times reports. Started by Jeffrey Katzenberg and Meg Whitman, Quibi announced at CES new details on the costs and programming of its subscription service and partnerships with companies such as Google on the technology behind the app.
