Radisys open sources 4G RAN software on Qualcomm FSM platform for small cell, CBRS deployments

Radisys open sourced its eNodeB software under the AGPL licence to deliver an integrated, pre-validated and tested platform for Qualcomm Technologies (QTI) FSM9955 chipset, delivering a RAN SoC (system on a chipset) targeted for small cells and CBRS deployments. The platform paves the way for faster 5G adoption where RAN densification and network slicing are key requirements.
