Rainey named new PayPal CFO

PayPal has appointed John Rainey as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Patrick Dupuis who will serve as senior vice president. Rainey joins PayPal from United Continental Holdings, where he was Executive Vice President and CFO at United Airlines. He will lead PayPal's financial operations, regional finance teams and investor relations, reporting directly to PayPal CEO Schulman.
