RCN, Grande, Wave Business update unified communications as a service product

US communications providers RCN, Grande and Wave Business Solutions, all owned by TPG Capital, announced innovative updates to their Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) product, further building upon its voice portfolio. The additions, including ConnectNow, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Integration and Attendant Console, provide RCN, Grande and Wave Business Solutions customers and their end-users with even more advanced and efficient communications tools to operate.
