Realme plans expansion to Brazil

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Realme has officially announced its arrival in Brazil, reports O Estado de Sao Paulo. The company did not reveal any specific product launches or dates, but said that it would compete in the IoT and smart home segments, in addition to smartphone. According to company founder and president Sky Li, Brazil will be a "strategic centre" and a gateway to the Latin American market.
