Reggefiber gets EUR 85 mln loan from Aviva fund

Reggefiber, the fibre operator controlled by KPN and Reggeborgh, has received a loan from Aviva Investors. The senior secured notes run for 10 years and are worth EUR 84.5 million. The loan will be used to refinance existing debt. The loan was provided by the Aviva Investors European Secondary Infrastructure Credit SV (Securitisation Vehicle), set up in July 2013. After earlier arranging bank loans, this is the first time Reggefiber has turned to the capital markets. The loan is divided into two tranches, each of 10 years.
