Renault-Nissan acquires app developer start-up Sylpheo

Renault-Nissan, the company formed by the strategic partnership of car makers Renault and Nissan, has announced the acquisition of French software development start-up Sylpheo for an undisclosed sum. The start-up, which specialises in B2B apps, employs a team of 40 engineers and consultants. Renault-Nissan said the acquisition will support the development of connected vehicle and mobility services.
