Thursday 30 July 2020 | 11:10 CET | News
A new report by Oxford Economics estimates that restricting Huawei as a key supplier of 5G infrastructure in the 31 European countries would increase total investment costs by almost EUR 3 billion per year, on average, over the next decade. This represents an annual real cost increase of 19 percent, ranging from EUR 3 million per year in Ireland to EUR 479 million in Germany.
