Rio court orders Oi to organize virtual creditors meeting

Judge Monica Maria Costa Di Pietro of the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice confirmed the Oi's creditor meeting will take place on 8 September, but ordered that it is held virtually, reports Valor Economico. The decision comes after Itau and Banco do Brasil filed appeals with the court to try to suspend the meeting due to the risk of contamination by Covid-19.
