Robi launches WhatsApp Chatbot customer service

Bangladeshi mobile operator Robi has introduced interactive WhatsApp Chatbots to serve its customers on the local market. To use the chatbot service, Robi and Airtel customers should dial special numbers on WhatsApp. The chatbots feature English and Bengali language support. Customers can recharge, purchase packs, manage their accounts etc. using the WhatsApp chatbot service.
