Rocket Internet to launch ten more startups in 2015

German startup incubator Rocket Internet announced that it would be launching three more startups this year and another ten in 2015, as it reported H1 revenues in line with expectations. The company said its top 12 companies, or "Proven Winners" as it refers to them, saw an average EBITDA margin improvement of 12 percentage points in H1 2014 compared to the full year 2013 EBITDA margins. The 12 companies' average growth in gross merchandise volume (GMV) came in at 104 percent in the six months to 30 June, said Rocket.
