Roku launches streaming devices in Mexico

Roku has officially launched its popular streaming devices in Mexico, marking its entry into Latin America. The company said three of its streaming media players – the Roku Streaming Stick, Roku 1 and Roku 2 – will be available in early October at an RRP of MXN 1099, MXN 1099 and MXN 1549 respectively. At launch, Mexican customers with a Roku device will be able to access over 1,500 streaming channels, including services such as Netflix, Google Play, Spotify, YouTube and soon Crackle and Cinepolis Klic, which will be the first local channel in the Mexico Roku Channel Store.
