Friday 14 December 2018 | 10:51 CET | News
Romanian telecommunications authority Ancom's president Sorin Grindeanu said Romania and Moldova still have to reach an agreement concerning roaming on the voice segment in order for roaming charges to be eliminated between the two countries, writes local publication Hotnews.ro. Talks did not reach a result because the termination rates in Moldova are about 20 times higher than in Romania. He added that Romanian operators said there would be no problems on the voice segment if the two countries had similar termination rates. The two countries already agreed on the data terms.
