Rostelecom appoints strategy VP
Russian national operator Rostelecom appointed Vaagn Martirosyan as senior vice-president of the operator. Martirosyan will be responsible for the strategic development of the company and its products, services and technologies, as well as for increasing operating efficiency. Martirosyan earlier worked as vice-president and CEO of the central macro-regional branch in Rostelecom.
