Rostelecom proposes to found consortium for IoT

Rostelecom has proposed to found a consortium to provide Internet of Things (IoT) services in Russia, reports Vedomosti, citing a letter sent from CEO Sergey Kalugin to Vladimir Putin, Russian President.  Kalugin claims that introducing the IoT could generate RUB 800 billion to RUB 1.400 trillion in four to five years.
