RTL Group revenues rise over 7% in Q1, boosted by organic growth, VoD platforms in Germany, Netherlands

RTL Group reiterated its full year guidance after reporting strong revenue growth in the first quarter, boosted by organic gains, Fremantle and Digital (MPNs & SpotX), as well as subscriber additions for the company's VoD platforms in Germany and the Netherlands. Revenues for the quarter rose 7.2 percent from the year before to EUR 1.518 billion, with the 2 percent decline at Broadcast to EUR 1.084 billion offset by organic revenues lifting 7.2 percent to EUR 1.496 billion, Content (Fremantle) jumping 41.3 percent to EUR 383 million and Digital advancing 25 percent to EUR 105 million. The
