RTL to restructure around 'Fan Centric' principle

RTL Nederland is launching a new growth strategy that does not focus on a channel-oriented approach, but on the needs and motivations of consumers. The company wants direct interaction with its viewers, followers and visitors through every imaginable channel, as well as outside the screen. In order to implement this 'Fan Centric strategy', RTL will over the coming years invest tens of millions of euros into data analysis, technology and creation. The company will also, in the shorter term, bring all of its OTT activities together onto one platform. The company intends to adapt its
