RTR consults on wholesale high-quality access

Austrian regulator RTR has announced that the Telecommunications Control Commission (TKK) has launched a consultation on the draft market analysis for the market of high quality access at a fixed location. The consultation will last until 21 March. The  market is proposed to be divided into two geographic submarkets, both including terminating segments ethernet service with guaranteed broadband with at least 10 Mbps speed and terminating segments of unconnected optic fibre.
