RTR warns of high mobile telecoms bills on cruises

Austrian regulator RTR is warning against running up high bills for usage of telecommunications services on cruise ships, as the EU roaming regulation does not apply in such cases. The regulator also recommends several preventive measures to protect against extremely high bills, especially for data services.
