Rural businesses dissatisfied with broadband quality - FSB

Some 49 percent of rural small businesses are dissatisfied with the quality of their broadband provision, according to a survey of 1,402 respondents in December 2014 by the UK's Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). This is nearly twice the level of dissatisfaction compared to small businesses in urban areas (28% dissatisfied). The research found rural businesses were dissatisfied across a number of areas, including reliability (47%), upload speed (61%) and download speed (61%).
