Russia to launch 11 telecom satellites by 2025

Russia plans to launch eleven new telecommunications satellites in the period 2017-2025, according to Oleg Dukhovnitsky, the head of the state communications agency, Rossvyaz. Five satellites are planned to be launched in 2019. The size of the investment per satellite totals around RUB 10 billion.
