Russia to spend RUB 42 bln on Arctic satellite system

Russia plans to spend RUB 42 billion from the federal budget on the launch of a system of telecommunications satellites which will cover the whole country's area and Arctic region, reports Cnews.ru. The satellites will enable telecommunications services, including broadband, in the whole area.
