Russian govt supports opening of Telegram office in Russia

The Russian Ministry of Communications said it would support the launch of an office for the Telegram messenger in Russia, reports Prime citing Prime Minister Maksut Shadayev. The minister added that it was not informed about any such plans by Telegram.
