Russian IoT providers criticise law to split off domestic internet from worldwide web

Adopting the law to ring-fence Russia's segment of the internet could prevent the development of IoT services in the country, reports Kommersant citing a letter from the Industry Group for IoT to the vice-prime minister Maksim Akimov. The industry group includes operators Rostelecom, MTS, ER-Telecom and MTT.
