Russian operators call for compensation for free access to state websites

The ICT section of Russian industry group RSPP estimates the annual cost to operators and ISPs for providing customers with free access to government web resources at RUB 150 billion, reports Cnews.ru. The industry group believes the state should pay those expenses back to operators.
