Russian parliament adopts law to enforce pre-installation of local software on electronic devices

The Russian Parliament has adopted the law introducing a ban on sales of electronic devices, including smartphones, smart television sets and PCs, that do not come with software of domestic origin already loaded on them, reports Prime. A list of the software products eligible for this will be approved by the government.
