Russian regulator seeks system to monitor compliance with website bans

Russian federal telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor announced a tender for designing a system to monitor implementation of the legal requirements to block prohibited websites, reports Cnews.ru. The system is expected to monitor search engines, VPNs and other online services.
