Russian telecom watchdog appoints new deputy head

The Russian government has appointed Alexander Chechin the new deputy head of the federal telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor, reports Tdail.ru. Chechin earlier worked as acting head of the directorate of IT control at the regulator.
