Russian watchdog initiates revenue-based fines on Google, Facebook

Russian regulator Roskomnadzor wants to apply revenue-based fines on Facebook and Google, reports Cnews.ru. Fines could be imposed for repeatedly refusing to remove content banned by Russian legislation.
