Rwandan govt ties up with MasterCard Foundation, Cenfri to boost digital financial inclusion

The Rwandan Ministry of ICT and Innovation, MasterCard Foundation and Cenfri have signed a tripartite MoU for a three-year digital transformation programme, New Times reported. Cenfri is a pan-African company aiming to improve financial inclusion. The government has an ambitious plan for rapid digital transformation, a digital economy, expanded service delivery, and creating more job opportunities.
