Rwandan high commissioner demands explanation for MTN Uganda executive's deportation

The decision to deport Rwandan national Annie Bilenge Tabura, MTN Uganda's head of sales and distribution, has triggered a protest, reports the Daily Monitor. Rwanda's Kampala mission has accused Uganda of deporting several of its nationals under dubious circumstances.
