Saada replaces Tournay as Dailymotion chairman

Vivendi's video content aggregation and distribution platform, Dailymotion, has promoted deputy chairman Maxime Saada to chairman. He replaces Cedric Tournay, who is leaving the company. Saada will retain his duties as CEO of Canal Plus group. He is now also responsible for accelerating synergies between Dailymotion and Vivendi's other businesses, including Canal Plus.
