Safaricom hands out booklet on safe telecoms equipment use

Safaricom has partnered with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) and the Communications Authority (CA) to bring out an information booklet on the safe use of telecommunication equipment. Bob Collymore, CEO of Safaricom, said it has a responsibility to ensure that it conducts business in a transparent manner. The booklet seeks to ensure that Safaricom customers, who remain integral to its future growth, understand the latest information on its expanding network.
