Safaricom uses Nokia big data analytics to improve services

Kenyan operator Safaricom said it will improve services for more than 25 million subscribers, thanks to Nokia's Customer Experience Management on Demand. Through Nokia, Safaricom now uses big data technology to derive live insights from network, customer and revenue "touchpoints". It will enable Safaricom to provide proactive customer care, resolve network issues and prioritise capital expenditure.
