Salt fibre-optic service activation delays make customers impatient

Following the introduction of the revolutionary fixed network offer by Salt, many customers are complaining about the lengthy time it takes to activate the service after they signing the contract, reported Swiss comparison portal Dschungelkompass, referring to the TV programme Kassensturz. According to Salt's CEO Andreas Schonenberger, 70 percent of customers are connected within fifteen working days, i. e. three weeks. The connections may take from one to seven weeks.
