Salto SVoD service to test launch on 03 June

Tuesday 11 February 2020 | 12:14 CET | News
Thomas Follin, the former M6 executive in charge of Salto, told Le Figaro that the SVoD service will test-launch in France on 03 June, confirming earlier press reports that its market entry had been postponed. The full commercial launch of Salto will take place in September, and not in the first quarter of this year as previously announced. Follin said that Salto's catalogue should reach 20,000 hours of content by the end of the year, adding that customers will have a choice of subscriptions priced in the region of EUR 5-10 per month.
