Salt's hotline ranks first in Connect test in DACH region

Swiss operator Salt's hotline for its triple-play service Salt Fibre, launched a few months ago, ranked first in customer service tests conducted by the magazine Connect. Salt ranked number one in fixed line hotlines among fifteen operators tested in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. The Salt hotline outperformed competitors in particular with remarkable strengths in the categories 'waiting time' (451 points out of 500) and 'quality of statements made' (312 points out of 350).
