Samsung authorized to test self-driving cars in Korea

Samsung Electronics has received regulatory approval to test a self-driving car in South Korea. South Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has authorized Samsung to test its self-driving technology on roads, The Wall Street Journal reports. Samsung's technology will be used on a Hyundai vehicle, the ministry said.
