Samsung develops Exynos i T200 mobile chip for IoT devices

Samsung Electronics has developed an application processor (AP) for IoT devices. The company says it has completed the development of the Exynos i T200 mobile chip, Yonhap news agency reports. According to unnamed industry sources, Samsung may start full-fledged commercialization of the new chip in the second quarter of this year.
