Samsung opens devices to new Base 4G network

Samsung has opened its devices to Base 4G, which launched on 8 November in 76 cities and towns. Saumsung expects all its S4 devices to receive the update for Base's 4G within ten days. The first devices to receive the update will be the new Samsung Galaxy S4, followed by the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, Samsung Galaxy S3 (4G version only), and later, the Samsung Galaxy Express, and Samsung Galaxy TAB 3 series (4G versions only).
