Samsung outlines roadmap at foundry business

Samsung Electronics announced plans to ramp-up its foundry business, offering a greater range of products. Unveiling its product roadmap at its annual foundry forum, the company said it would support 8nm, 7nm, 6nm, 5nm, 4nm and 18nm FD-SOI production going forward.
