Samsung Pay officially launched in Italy

Samsung has announced the launch of Samsung Pay in Italy, the 21st market in which the m-payment service can be used. Samsung Pay is available the recently-launched Galaxy S9 and S9+ flagship as well as older devices such as the Note 8, Gear S3, Galaxy S8, S7, A5 2017 and A5 2016. The mobile payments service can be used to acquire items using both NFC (Near Field Communication) and MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission) technology, meaning it works at practically all stores that accept regular credit and debit cards.
